Every designer item offered through our store is represented as authentic and is sourced through professional fashion distribution channels selected for their reliability, traceability, and product standards.
Our pricing reflects how an item – never its quality or authenticity.
How We Source
Our collections may be sourced through a network of established fashion-industry channels, including:
- European and international fashion distributors
- Outlet and off-price retail channels
- Previous-season and end-of-season inventory
- Excess and overstock merchandise
- Professional wholesale and secondary distribution partners
These channels are widely used across the international multi-brand luxury ecosystem and allow genuine products to be offered at reduced pricing – without compromising craftsmanship, material, or origin.
Why Some items are priced below boutique retail
AurellioRicci does not operate under the same inventory model as a traditional full-price luxury boutique.
Our purchasing model focuses on opportunities within the international off-price luxury market, including previous collections, surplus inventory and stock available through professional distribution channels.
This can allow us to purchase merchandise below its original retail value and pass part of that price advantage to our customers.
A lower price does not, by itself, mean a product is counterfeit. Luxury merchandise may enter the off-price market for many reasons, including seasonal transitions, excess inventory, discontinued collections and stock redistribution.
Our Authenticity Standards
Supplier selection is an important part of our sourcing process.
Before working with a supplier, AurellioRicci may review available business and product documentation, sourcing history and other information relevant to establishing the legitimacy of the merchandise.
Products may also be reviewed for characteristics appropriate to the particular item and brand, including:
Brand and product references
Model information, product codes and identifying details where available.
Labels and markings
Brand labels, internal tags, engravings, stamps and other identifying elements.
Materials and construction
Materials, stitching, hardware, finishing and overall workmanship.
Packaging and accessories
Boxes, dust bags, cards and other accessories where they are supplied with the product.
The exact verification process may vary depending on the brand, product category, age and available documentation.
Packaging May Vary
Luxury products sourced through outlet, overstock and secondary distribution channels do not always arrive with exactly the same packaging as merchandise purchased directly from a flagship boutique.
Depending on the product and its source, an order may include original packaging, partial packaging or no branded retail packaging.
Packaging availability is therefore specified where appropriate and should not be considered the sole indicator of authenticity.
International Sourcing & Fulfilment
The luxury fashion supply chain is international.
A product’s sourcing location, storage location, fulfilment centre and country of manufacture are separate matters.
For this reason, some AurellioRicci orders may be dispatched through different international logistics locations depending on where the inventory is held.
The country from which a parcel is dispatched does not, by itself, determine where the product was manufactured or whether it is authentic.
Independent Authentication
We understand that purchasing luxury products online requires trust.
Customers who would like additional reassurance may have eligible products independently authenticated by a reputable professional authentication service.
